Aldesleukin, Aprepitant, Cyclosporine, CYP3A4 inhibitors, Erythromycin, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Prednisone, Ritonavir, Sorafenib

PREGNANCY CATEGORY: D

TOXIC DEATHS, HEPATOTOXICITY, NEUTROPENIA, HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS, and FLUID RETENTION

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to docetaxel or polysorbate 80, or with neutrophil counts of <1500 cells/mm3.
